Product Description

This print inspection system is tailored for a wide range of industrial applications, including verifying bottle cap seals, assessing package seal integrity, inspecting printed circuit board (PCB) components, confirming accurate component placement, and classifying packaging marks.

The system is equipped with 1/2.8-inch CMOS monochrome and color sensors, offering a 6.17 mm diagonal and 2.8 µm square pixel design. It supports resolutions of up to 2 MP and image acquisition frequencies of up to 45 Hz.

Engineered for seamless integration, the system supports multiple communication protocols, including TCP/IP, PROFINET, and EtherNet/IP, allowing it to integrate effortlessly into existing automation frameworks.
